Life Coaching the is the process of helping the client move from where they are to where they believe God wants them to be. Once they have described their vision or intended future in a given area of life the coach assists them in creating a strategy or plan, identifying specific goals and action steps toward that intended future and overcoming the many obstacles that will stand in the way of enjoying success in this area.
It is not easy, but it is easier with the support and accountability of a mentor or coach. This life coaching tool is designed around a four step process:
Part 1: Profile. Assessing your current reality.
Part 2: Purpose. Declaring your intended future.
Part 3: Plan. Creating your action plan for the Seven Areas of Life Management.
Part 4: Progress. Working with a coach to close the GAP between your current reality and your intended future by working on areas that need “Growth” support for “Action Steps” and help in overcoming “Problems.”
